  The Follett Digital Reader app needs a lot of work. It can be buggy at times, causing books to get hung up in "cyberspace." Page load speeds are annoying for those used to other reader apps. Most disappointing is having to research which books can be downloaded and which have to be read online. I certainly hope Follett gets their act together soon. Otherwise I'm afraid they will go the way of Borders - so far behind that they will never be able to catch up.
