Our eLearning modules are divided into three sections: learn, practice, and test. You will have the opportunity to practice what you’ve learned in a safe, controlled environment. Curricula help the learner navigate through where to start. You may select from the curricula or by categories that you might be interested in learning more about.
• Each module is designed for you to get the most out of your learning experience, where you have the ability to control closed captioning (cc) and sound by turning it on or off.
• There is also an information button (i) that explains the navigation.
• You have the ability to print a certificate upon the successful completion of the test section of each module.
You’ll find the eLearning modules clearly organized, in expand-and-collapse folders for easier identification and less page scrolling. Our eLearning modules follow adult learning principles (scroll to continue):
• 10-minute modules (on average) for easier retention. Available 24/7 to take or repeat as needed.
• Self-contained, each featuring a Learn, Practice and Test section.
• Flexibility to take or repeat modules in any order.
• Easy-to-follow navigation
• Address multiple learning styles (visual, auditory and kinesthetic)
All you need to access the eLearning modules is an active support agreement, access to a web browser and your Follett Software customer number. On-Demand eLearning is included as part of your annual product support agreement. You must have current product support to view the training modules. Contact Customer Service at 800.323.3397 if you need to renew your support agreement.
