The See Also From Tracing - Uniform title (530 tag)
of the MARC 21 authority record contains another
authorized form of the uniform title. Uniform
titles in the 530 tag are often other names under
which the uniform title has appeared.
Local libraries may want to use "See Also" from
tracings when they create their own uniform title
authorities.
The subfields used in the 530 tag of the authority
record parallel the subfields used in the 130 tag
in the MARC bibliographic format. In addition
subfields v, x, y, and z allow for subdivisions
used with the title in a subject heading.
